HALHF@CLARA scientists set up plasma generation for the first PWFA and strong-focusing experiments at the CLARA test facility.

The Hybrid Asymmetric Linear Higgs Factory (HALHF) collaboration has been recognised within a Physics World article for developing disruptive platform technology using plasma-wakefield acceleration (PWFA).

Read more about how HALHF could reduce the size, cost and carbon footprint of particle accelerators whilst increasing electric fields up to three orders of magnitude in the Editors Choice Physics World article here: https://physicsworld.com/a/halhf-is-going-all-in-on-plasma-acceleration/
