Professor Phil Burrows took part in the annual Parliamentary Links Day hosted by Dame Chi Onwurah MP, Chair of the House of Commons Science, Innovation and Technology Select Committee on the 16th June 2026. The Institute of Physics organised a team to meet members of the Houses of Commons and Lords who attended the drop-in session. This provided a great opportunity to promote UK Physics and discuss some of the critical issues currently facing university Physics departments.
